Choose the material you want for your panel. We offer options like HDPE, aluminum composite (ACM), PVC, MDF, Bamboo, Walnut and Baltic Birch Plywood. Each material works well for different outdoor needs.

2. Choose a Frame Option
Decide if you want your panel framed or unframed. Our frames are made from real Red Oak wood and can be stained in 4 different colors.

3. Enter Required Dimension
Type in the height and width of your panel in inches. We custom cut every panel to fit your space exactly.

4. Get Drawing Approval
After you place your order, we’ll send you a drawing of your custom panel within 72 hours. You can review the design and confirm it before we start production.

What happens after I place my order?

All of our products are made-to-order. Custom orders typically take about 2 weeks for production. Shipping times vary depending on your location and customs requirements, but generally range from 3 to 10 business days. For standard orders, production usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us immediately on the day of delivery by emailing craftivaart@gmail.com with photos and details of the issue. For more details, refer to the full Refund & Return Policy.

CraftivaArt me presentó el plano después de una consulta de dos días, los artículos estaban en mi posesión intactos la semana siguiente, tras un viaje de 4500 millas desde Canadá hasta los trópicos. Antes de comprar, intenté buscar un competidor local que no pudo competir con CraftivaArt en cuanto a costo y eficiencia.

Excelente trabajo y excelente servicio al cliente.

Pedimos un diseño muy personalizado de caligrafía islámica como panel para nuestro proyecto de renovación. El equipo de Craftiva manejó nuestro pedido según las especificaciones exactas e hizo paneles increíbles. Nuestro pedido original era en PVC, que tenía un acabado excelente, pero no era demasiado resistente y, por lo tanto, se dañó irreparablemente durante el envío. Informamos esto a Craftiva y nos hicieron unos nuevos en madera contrachapada por la mitad del precio/costo de envío. En madera contrachapada, los paneles llegaron perfectos, ¡necesitaron algunas capas de pintura y se veían perfectos! Publicaremos fotos pronto. Pero en general, realmente impresionados con su artesanía, profesionalismo, comunicación puntual y rápida. Altamente recomendado.
