What is the estimated shipping time for orders?
We know once you've placed your order, you are anxious to receive your items. We make every effort to get your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping times are as given below. However you are advised to check for the actual shipping time mentioned in the order confirmation email sent to you.
- In stock items - Within 5-7 business days of receiving order.
- Custom Made Products - Within 10-14 business days of receiving order.
We will email you the estimated lead-time and We will keep you notified of the estimated shipping date. If you do not wish to wait after placing an order, you may cancel the item(s) within 24 hours of being notified of estimated shipping date by us.
Shipping cost:
Our shipping rates are given in each product listing.
- For standard size Orders and in stock items qualify for FREE shipping in US and Canada.
- For custom Made Products Since every order has a different size and address we can not estimate the exact cost of the shipping for custom size orders. Based on your order, the shipping price would be different depends on delivery location as well as the size and weight of the final package.
Returns & exchanges:
- We gladly accept cancellations
- Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
- We don't take custom orders returns or exchanges, But don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any problems with your order.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
