What material do you use?

We use Solid Red Oak wood. The rotating mechanism hardware is built directly into each slat for durability and smooth operation.

How can I calculate how many slats I need?

To achieve a fully “closed wall” effect when the slats are rotated, divide your total width in inches by 4-3/16" (4.19685 inches). Always round down to the nearest whole number.

Example: If the width is 100", 100" ÷ 4.19685" = 23.83 → You need 24 slats

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! Our slats are available in lengths up to 120". We can cut them to any precise length below that. If your project requires top and bottom bases, our production team will reduce the individual slat lengths to accommodate the bases and achieve the exact height you need.
