HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose a Material
Choose the material you want for your panel. We offer options like HDPE, aluminum composite (ACM), PVC, MDF, Bamboo, Walnut and Baltic Birch Plywood. Each material works well for different outdoor needs.

2. Choose a Frame Option
Decide if you want your panel framed or unframed. Our frames are made from real Red Oak wood and can be stained in 4 different colors.

3. Enter Required Dimension
Type in the height and width of your panel in inches. We custom cut every panel to fit your space exactly.

4. Get Drawing Approval
After you place your order, we’ll send you a drawing of your custom panel within 72 hours. You can review the design and confirm it before we start production.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Since every order has a different size and address we can not estimate the exact cost of the shipping for custom size panels. Based on your order, the shipping price would be different due to different addresses, weights, and sizes of the final package.

After the final packaging, we will get quotations from various shipping companies and get the most suitable one and then we will communicate with you about the final shipping cost .

Amazing work and excellent customer service

We ordered a very customized design of islamic calligraphy as a panel for our renovation project. The craftiva team handled our order down to the exact specifications and made amazing panels. Our original order was in PVC which had an excellent finish but were not too sturdy and hence were damaged irreparably during shipping. We reported this to Craftiva and they made us new ones in plywood for half the price/shipping cost. In plywood the panels arrived perfect — needed a few coats of paint and looked perfect!! We will post pictures soon. But overall really impressed with their craftsmanship, professionalism, punctual and prompt communication. Highly recommend.
