We ordered our sculpture and within just a few weeks we had 3 boxes, very well packed, and ready to be assembled. Instructions were included, but we also had some questions. Customer service is fast and very responsive, this made things even easier. We hung the art using the instructions and hardware, which is provided and we LOVE how it looks. We highly recommend CraftivaArt, a very good company!!!!
