Communication has been poor in regards to my order. Yes, there is a very challenging situation with US Customs, but given the seller has to submit the correct paperwork and answer to any questions Customs has, I am in a bind as to what I can do to help move the order along. I would have appreciated more consistent communication. Not necessarily daily, but just that y’all are actively working on it and some reassurance my (expensive) order will eventually reach me.
My room divider screen was exactly as pictured. I received a proof to confirm the design quickly and it was shipped in under two weeks. My plan was always to add the legs at the bottom so I could move it around my space and it has worked perfectly.
